To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

保持高質素的米線

一直都好中意食米線，由其係譚仔三哥，不過食得多就發現即使同樣係譚仔，唔同分店有時質素都會唔同，有啲特別辣，有啲湯無咁濃，有啲米線就會比較軟身，而我就十分滿意呢間係銅鑼灣消防局隔離既分店。呢間分店有兩層，一般情況就算係午飯最繁忙既時段都好少要等位，對打工仔黎講係好吸引既好處。由於喉嚨有啲唔舒服，唔想食太辣，就叫左麻辣十少，但仍然十分香濃。通常我都只會叫一樣餸，因為咁樣叫法個餸感覺會特別足料（可能只係心理作用）一句講哂，呢間分店值得推薦！
