身為中環白領麗人,唔會唔識香港華商銀行工會,中午好旺,係時時去的飯堂之一,餐枱排列緊密招呼好多人,晚飯第一次來,擺設比較午市寬鬆,附近兩圍都是來慶祝生日。記得老闆最愛杏汁豬肺湯及鹽焗雞,可惜因為非洲豬瘟豬肺依然未有貨,只好改第二個湯。瑤柱海皇冬茸羹轉了這個湯水準可又不錯,味道很鮮,口感有蝦及蟹不知幾甜。金湯百花釀海參這個是新菜,蝦蟹白花球味道甜美,配海參很夾,咬落口感更好,有少少脆口的海參原來咁好食,尚有非常美美的金湯,南瓜甜味很出。珍珠金沙明蝦球我鍾意鹹蛋黃,這個金沙很合我口味,濃郁帶沙的鹹蛋黃口味,極之配合鮮甜爽口的大蝦球。古法野菌鹽焗雞聽講用焗蛋糕的焗爐焗雞,成功令到雞皮特別脆,雞肉又唔乾,唔止師傅用乜嘢秘訣,䶢香的味道,雞翼會比較重手,其他部位啱啱好。杞子雲耳浸勝瓜可能因為有杞子,湯汁很甜很好飲,勝瓜同樣又脆又甜,健康美味,實至名歸。生磨杏汁雪山包最後甜品唔可以缺,中午的生磨杏汁雪山包剛好仲有貨,並非叉燒雪山,而是中間有杏汁,杏汁很香又唔會太甜,亦增加雪山包的潤澤。

金湯百花釀海參
這個是新菜,蝦蟹白花球味道甜美,配海參很夾,咬落口感更好,有少少脆口的海參原來咁好食,尚有非常美美的金湯,南瓜甜味很出。

我鍾意鹹蛋黃,這個金沙很合我口味,濃郁帶沙的鹹蛋黃口味,極之配合鮮甜爽口的大蝦球。
