Focaccia Bun

WALNUTS Hokkaido Scallop, Pine Needle
依一個嘅擺盤好得意食物係由合桃殻而裝成而抵過,亦都有好多真。合桃做裝飾(因為我特登搖過黎睇😂😂)帶子食得岀係由橄欖油同檸檬汁調味,帶得岀佢嘅鮮味岀黎

Kristal Caviar Celeriac, Chives
魚子醬會有浸淡淡嘅魚味🫡唔會好似其他舖頭咁死鹹死鹹

Jerusalem Artichoke
脆卜卜嘅Cone 配上軟糯嘅內餡 口感幾正 有一浸淡淡嘅薑味

Poached Lobster
蛋黃醬配鮮甜嘅龍蝦 🦞而上面嘅西袖同埋西柚啫喱正正中和咗蛋黃醬輕微嘅膩感 🤔雖然龍蝦係凍上 佢嘅肉質依然可以做到絲絲分明😗唔會一舊舊咁

Langoustine Bisque
依個龍蝦湯配咗椰菜花乾而上面亦都有小小嘅魚子醬😍湯底可以話係我近年嚟食過數一數二鮮嘅龍蝦湯 椰菜花乾亦都濃縮咗椰菜花嘅味到係入面 🥦如果唔鍾意食椰菜花的話,可能可以叫staff走一走佢,佢嘅味道都幾重

Oyster Gnocchi
蠔係鮮甜嘅粟米配搭下係口感同味覺都不差🥰而旁邊嘅粉團個口感都幾得意,有少少似鹹鹹地嘅粉圓,但係因為佢係麵粉整嘅,所以就冇咁煙靭

Greenland Halibut
蘇格蘭比目魚配上彩虹菜 😗彩虹菜有一層薄薄嘅炸衣 再加上比目魚煎到金黃嘅外皮 🐟兩種嘅口感都係脆口配上甜甜哋嘅汁同超級嫩滑嘅比目魚肉 但係有少少膩

Fennel Foam
茴香泡沫清爽微微地酸嘅青蘋果同埋青蘋果雪芭🍧微微嘅甜味同酸配搭得恰好😍同時亦都有少少嘅牛油果味

White Almond, Miso Salted Caramel, Candied Orange

呢度嘅甜品都唔會太過甜,甜品嘅造型正正同佢嘅味道一樣都係橙,同時間有少少鹹味焦糖吊味🥺

最後佢都上咗兩款朱古力俾我哋🍫一款係芝麻味,另外一款係榛子味反而依個唔係太突出😗
