呢間係我朋友係Poly讀書嘅時候已經推介嘅日本餐廳,直至我係紅磡返工都有好多同事都大推😙平日都幾多人食所以最好book定位🤧餐廳出名食烏冬不過我今次嗌咗燒牛舌塩麴漬定食,當日lunch hour 都差唔多坐滿,所以都等咗一陣先有嘢食。定食包埋沙律同麵豉湯。主菜牛舌燒完依然保留到肉質嘅鮮味,再加埋鹹中帶甜嘅麴漬,調味啱啱好。牛舌口感亦唔會過韌,份量都好多,足夠一啖飯一啖牛舌超級滿足😋絕對值得推薦!
