To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說呢日要去黃埔海逸酒店出席一個活動,活動完咗之後,大家就去黃埔美食坊搵嘢食,原本美食坊咁多嘢食揀,冇諗住去湯加嘅,但係一來大家又冇乜心水,二來佢又搶閘推出咗個羊腩煲 ,賣相非常吸引所以我哋就去咗食啦。首先我哋就叫咗一個蒙古去骨羊腩煲,價錢又唔貴喎兩人份量係 $168,一人份量只係 $88,佢講羊肉係來自蒙古,仲要食咗野生韭菜,所以味道特別鮮味,食落都 Okay 嘅。另外又嗌咗一個蟲草花花膠燉雞,價錢都只係 $78,都算幾鮮味嘅, 最後食多一個甜品,紅豆仙草芋圓,只係 $22,整體味道雖然唔算話好印象深刻,但係價錢係抵嘅。
