午飯時段約了友人到和民居食屋,今次大家叫了一個鰻魚飯併烏冬麵.鰻魚常算合格,所下的甜醬油亦適量,只是吃過比它更好的罷了。日本的傳統鰻魚飯是否應多加幾反酸薑及碎海苔呢!不是要求他們做到北角已結業的手打烏冬屋般的麵條質素,但既然是日本過江龍,是否可可以職業一點跟隨日本傳統鰻魚飯的配料呢?
