To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天跟同事呢間食，個舖好似唔係碼頭附近咁有海景，是在大街內的，點知原來入到舖，先發現一樣有海景view, 咁先有風味。芝士龍蝦依麵- 芝士味濃，龍蝦新鮮，最正呢碟清蒸青斑- 鮮甜蒜蓉粉絲扇貝- 我覺得一般豉椒炒(虫聖)子- 爽口唔(革刃) 燒乳鴿- 好少吃到皮脆但肉身仍滑(唔鞋)的乳鴿，(當然龍華的乳鴿最正) - 第二味"正"的菜清炒菜心- 新鮮，菜好碧綠生炒排骨- 有驚喜，以為是一般好多粉的外皮，但他們的生炒排骨唔多肥肉又唔會瘦到(革刃) 揚州炒飯- 大碟多料，但飯身較濕，唔得爽生果叫左汽水，唔係好凍，0岩我，但如果大熱天去，就覺得要加凍雪櫃服務好，換碟快，上菜快
