To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

個個都話三X好食過譚仔雲南 我就唔係好同意喇 皆因譚仔雲南既小食 餸同埋湯底都比較岩我既口味 今次叫左魚腐（本身想叫墨魚春卷 不過賣喇）米線配重慶酸辣湯底 湯底非常惹味 麻、辣、酸、香樣樣有齊 充滿快感！ 但就2小辣起跳 唔太食得辣既朋友就唔係好岩食喇另外再叫左個巴蜀爽脆生腸 份量好多 同佢個名一樣d生腸好爽脆 厚度岩岩好 個麻香辣汁同個米線湯底一樣非常惹味 美中不足之處就係個汁略嫌有少少咸 食到底下果d生腸時要係咁飲野 建議唔好點咁多汁食喇

另外再叫左個巴蜀爽脆生腸 份量好多 同佢個名一樣d生腸好爽脆 厚度岩岩好 個麻香辣汁同個米線湯底一樣非常惹味 美中不足之處就係個汁略嫌有少少咸 食到底下果d生腸時要係咁飲野 建議唔好點咁多汁食喇
