To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週未行開一田百貨, 本身諗住去food court 食, 但正午時份其在太多人,於是行過隔離希爾頓中心食 見到Délifrance 有個2 人set $118 , 價錢合理就入左去la 我叫左個2 人set $118 + 個 肉醬意粉餐$44 2 人set 有 2個沙律or soup + 2個main course + 2個甜品 + 2杯drink 首先個肉醬意粉, 意粉好明顯係放水煮熟就算,冇咩味 好彩個個肉醬幾好食, 整體一般 之後到個soup , 個soup 好水下又唔濃, 唔好飲 反而個沙律又幾好喎, D 醬調到酸酸地好開胃, 加上菜都新鮮,唔錯 coffee 就差la, 同個soup 一樣好水下又唔濃, 一間西餐coffee 差係比較難接受架 公司三文治就不過不失, 問題係太少料, 唔豐富 食半個已經好悶,單睇外表已唔得吸引人 相反法式三文治出色好多, 外表色彩繽紛 材料豐富好多,有煙肉,雞肉,蕃茄,蛋,芝士同菜 一食落去口感豐富而且好香 , 一D都唔悶 最後到個甜品, 個蛋糕仔係新鮮熱辣, 好鬆軟配上ice cream 食唔錯唔錯 ~
