To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去試豚肉火鍋,要番茄湯配梅子沙冰,其實個賣相就真係唔錯,d豚肉(豬肉片)個樣色水幾好,雖然係雪藏貨,但是剛切片,唔會等到出晒血水咁恐佈,火料除了豚肉外,還有雞片,3粒牛丸,3粒魚旦,幾片豬皮,豆腐,生菜,油麵,個湯有好多番茄及一隻雞腳,本來都幾滿意,但果煲湯足足煲1小時15分,都唔滾,唔知係個火唔夠孟,定係個煲唔傳熱,本來想食完快d走,點知搞到佢收工我個煲都係死死下咁,佢咁點做生意呀,我消費$44食個半鐘,佢d碟又大,放要佔2個位,好在佢生意麻麻,如果唔係點搞,人想快d走都唔得啦,個鍋煲極都唔熱!
