今日去試豚肉火鍋,要番茄湯配梅子沙冰,其實個賣相就真係唔錯,d豚肉(豬肉片)個樣色水幾好,雖然係雪藏貨,但是剛切片,唔會等到出晒血水咁恐佈,火料除了豚肉外,還有雞片,3粒牛丸,3粒魚旦,幾片豬皮,豆腐,生菜,油麵,個湯有好多番茄及一隻雞腳,本來都幾滿意,但果煲湯足足煲1小時15分,都唔滾,唔知係個火唔夠孟,定係個煲唔傳熱,本來想食完快d走,點知搞到佢收工我個煲都係死死下咁,佢咁點做生意呀,我消費$44食個半鐘,佢d碟又大,放要佔2個位,好在佢生意麻麻,如果唔係點搞,人想快d走都唔得啦,個鍋煲極都唔熱!
