To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間外表普通的茶餐廳，究竟有甚麼特別之處值得人們排隊半小時進去？這間茶餐廳將於三月底結業，最特別的是老闆娘收養了許多流浪貓。那些可愛的貓咪會在店內自在穿梭，完全不怕生人。在排隊等候的過程中，你會發現很多香港人都是名副其實的『貓奴』。這是一間充滿愛的餐廳，氣氛非常好，店內的顧客為彼此帶來了豐富的情緒價值。作為一間茶餐廳，我不會說它的食物是驚為天人的水準，但味道尚可，份量卻多得驚人，而價格則非常親民。點碟頭飯的顧客如果是一個人用餐，一定要點『超少飯』才行。 $43的炸雞髀配西多包熱飲，意想不到的是竟然還附有沙律，沙律裡的薯仔特別好吃。希望老闆娘能早日找到新的地方重新開業，也希望能再次支持這間暖心的茶餐廳。
