To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放學行過見到舖面幾得意，咁啱又有位就入黎坐低快食碗拉麵，睇到隔離枱碗野黑媽媽好似成碗豉油咁，唔知搞咩，好奇問問店員話係黑醬油拉麵，又話攞過幾多次獎咁好把閉，一於試下啦！醬油湯頭都幾濃郁下，心諗會唔會真係好似飲豉油咁咸架？！好在飲落去同睇落去唔同，仲飲到雞湯既甜味，清清地又香，唔試過真係會嚇死以為倒潟左成支豉油落碗麵度。麵身比較粗比較直，吸到唔少湯汁，面頭撒上好多蔥花，配上叉燒瘦肉部分比肥肉多，咬落軟嫩，份量都OK夠食，話攞獎都唔奇既！
