和寶寶很久沒有食泰國菜,這天決定到九龍城隨意找家泰國菜試試。搭巴士到九龍城,在侯王道落車,第一間看到的就是倪姐泰國美食,眼見7點半左右都已經坐滿8成,心想食物應該不俗吧。又看到門口有PROMOTION,原來星期一到星期五都有$1美食優惠,只要食滿$300就會享有。每枱都放上了泰國菜館都有的4格調味盤,個人特別善歡這裡用上了黃辣椒醬,辣得黎帶有辣椒香。先點了一個木瓜沙律($1),雖說只要$1,但份量一點也不少。清新爽脆的木瓜絲和小蕃茄,加上開胃帶辣的沙律汁,很適合夏天的一個沙律。恐龍蛋($80)不是每家泰國菜館都有,我個人十分喜歡的一個小食,雖說是小食,但份量真的很多。炸得香口的蝦膠內,包裹著皮蛋。蝦丸十分彈牙,有蝦的鮮味,皮蛋口感黏稠,不會嗆鼻,稍嫌味道不夠濃。咖喱炒蟹($180)做PROMOTION,大大隻全隻咖喱炒蟹。咖喱汁用了紅黃綠椒﹑洋蔥和蔥炒香,所以帶甜,口感很滑溜,不算重咖喱味,反而似在曼谷唐人街食到的咖喱般,帶點蛋香,用來伴飯或金邊粉都很好。而蟹很大隻,廚師都把蟹殼稍為敲碎,方便進食。蟹鉗大大隻很多肉,而且味道鮮甜,肉質軟柔。鮮蝦炒金邊粉($65)賣相漂亮,炒金邊粉用蛋網

鮮蝦炒金邊粉($65)賣相漂亮,炒金邊粉用蛋網包著。用上大大隻鮮蝦,蝦肉結實爽口。金邊粉不會炒得過火而變得很淋,依然條條分明,加上本身做得剛好的調味,不用加魚露都很好食。
