是日餐湯

大大碗南瓜忌廉湯,仲配上一小件蒜蓉包,雖然南瓜湯唔係咩特別嘢,不過,做出嚟嘅質感好唔錯,幾滑溜,兼且南瓜味極為突出,好香甜。

表哥就真喺識揀,揀呢個椰子雞湯,呢個湯喺有侍應即場將清雞湯倒落碟中,湯色清而不濁,佢話飲落雞味意外地咁香濃,還帶點點椰子清香,
卻一點油膩都無,呢個就喺法式清湯嘅賣點,利用蛋白吸走啲油份,喺功夫兼心機嘢!

泰式小食拼盤 

前菜揀個小食拼盤,真喺無揀錯,因為呢個拼盤根本上就喺二人份,包括有燒豬頸肉、墨魚餅、香茅雞翼、薯絲蝦、春卷同蝦片。整體嚟講,炸得甘香不油膩,豬頸肉燒得爽口,墨魚餅好彈牙,絕對唔喺溝粉貨色,雞翼醃得入味,香茅味突出,薯絲蝦亦好有特色,沾上泰式甜酸醬,更具泰式風味。

食泰國野,前菜嘅泰式生蝦喺代表菜式,不過表哥就話今次唔喺咁敢食生嘢,所以揀咗香煎蟹餅。切開一睇就知蟹餅真材實料,一梳梳蟹肉,而食落蟹味濃郁、鮮甜,而沙律加咗柚子汁,味道更清新。

香煎鵝肝黑松露雞卷

主菜類我哋都揀咗兩款唔使加錢嘅菜式,先分享呢個雞卷,其實都有少少功夫,將雞肉捲住鵝肝並加入黑松露醬,再將外層煎香,咬落外皮甘香脆口,而雞肉幾嫩滑,中間嘅鵝肝及黑松露,令到整體味道更豐富,仲伴有少少炒蘑菇、烤薯、BB 蘆筍,都令到呢道主菜生色不少。

表哥未食過咩紅蝦,所以,一於點嚟俾佢試試,呢道意大利麵賣相都好精緻,比起一啲高級西餐廳一啲都唔失禮,唔單只有煎香咗嘅阿根廷紅蝦
,更做咗少少紅蝦他他,可以講係「一雞兩食」。紅蝦本身嘅蝦味好鮮甜濃郁,而且又夠爽口,質素已經贏在起跑線,扁意粉煮得啱啱好,入口好有咬口,再者,沾滿晒加入蝦膏所做嘅醬汁,豐腴芳香,並帶微微辣勁,有少少刺激感,值得推薦。
