To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值唔值得？

我係譚仔超級fans,一直幫襯開官塘康寧道，那間的湯底比沙田這間濃很多，在這間已吃了超過10次，湯底好‘稀’，得個鹹字，如果唔係住沙田，早就放棄呢間。無耐中了‘譚仔癮’，中毒太深，頂住癮先，好過出到官塘食。最近好多人complain坐得太擠迫，打從第一天開始巳有同感，lunch time 幫襯方程式：﹣＞　等位２０分鐘﹣＞　落order 後再等２０分鐘﹣＞　“定格”（除了雙手可動，其他身體部位已經擠迫得不能動）用餐１５﹣２０分阿姐會好積極收晒面前的筷子碗。至於值唔值？從每天可見的排隊人龍已找到答案，譚仔的食物可以彌補其他環境不足的因素，他的fans 係唔會計較７人擠在４人枱“定格”用餐，
