To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到店舖寫住無梘水味嘅竹昇平街麵，又見到米芝蓮張証書（好幾年前的）, 又咁啱3點半下午茶時間，就入去試下！見到餐牌好多下午茶套餐，就簡簡單單試個雲吞撈粗，仲見到有即磨咖啡，心覺一間麵舖竟然有即磨咖啡，真係好少有，老闆娘仲話佢d咖啡豆靚嘢嚟，試下就知！粗麵好爽好彈，堅無梘水味，雲吞新鮮即包唔會有腥味, 碗大地魚湯夠香濃，無味精！杯咖啡果然唔係一般捷永咖啡豆，好香好滑！整體真係唔錯，承為$49😆抵！
