銅鑼灣除咗有好多shopping嘅大街,寧靜嘅小街都好適合行下,特別係去覓食,今次就揀咗呢間Ember。餐湯同出面龍蝦湯唔同,呢度利用干邑帶出龍蝦湯味再配搭蝦肉增添口感。呢個湯一定要試吓。前菜利用牛油混合清酒調味,無論係蜆定磨菇都好入味。要注意,辣味會慢慢湧上來,而且比想像中辣。威靈頓牛柳唔係間間餐廳都有呢款菜式,因為製作好麻煩。無論係整酥皮、準備牛柳都好花功夫。呢度嘅威靈頓牛柳做到皮脆肉軟,加埋中間磨菇蓉嘅煙韌,味道有提升到。唯獨係牛柳嘅肉汁未夠香,如果滲埋入酥皮內部就更正。好彩配菜方面有去皮嘅車厘茄同菜,令你食完冇咁大罪惡感。甜品菠蘿雪葩。食完咁heavy嘅嘢用菠蘿甜味清返個口,啱啱好。係銅鑼灣想搵個地方落腳食飯,用$400有找嘅價錢食到咁多嘢同保持到質素,絕對係值回票價。
