To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早已聽聞這裡的點心十分有水準,今天終於一試,2017算是個好開始!每次食點心都總會想叫叉燒/燒腩仔,雖然一般酒店或高級酒家都索價兩百蚊以上,但如果好食,都是值回票價!呢碟「蜜棧叉燒皇」看賣相已經被其濕潤Juicy既外表所吸引,每一件雖則厚度不一,但口感絕對係非一般腍身,邊位亦燒到脆身,比其他酒店所賣的黑毛豬叉燒等有過之無不及!絕對要試!雪山叉燒包 - 只要Menu有就一定會選佢多過傳統蒸叉燒包!皮薄餡料多,又係比食!流心鵪鶉蛋燒賣 — 的確比傳統鵪鶉蛋燒賣餃滑身,裡面的蛋黃當然亦做到半熟流心效果!不過下次亦會試試傳統燒賣!鮮蝦腸粉 — 腸粉皮晶瑩通透,但如果再薄身少少會更滿意,不用多說蝦肉彈牙新鮮!相信其他蒸腸粉亦不會失望!揚州炒飯賣相的 — 國金軒炒飯,絕對是絕無更有,好耐無食過咁好食既炒飯,仲要混了鵝肝及叉燒,每一粒飯都分明,賣相色澤都好得,絕對係升級版揚州炒飯!相信下次都要Encore!甜品重點推介一定係 — 榴蓮煎堆!!!3件上的!咬開一半可以看到澎拜榴蓮蓉,毫不吝惜!!!坐隔離的友人就算不吃榴蓮都逃不過要細聞它的香氣!咁高質素既點心、炒飯同甜品,好難唔返轉頭
