To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食上海嘢,好想食鱔糊,咁encore上海婆婆啦。四小拼,有鎮江小排骨,四喜烤麩,鎮江肴肉同油炆小竹筍四款。烤麩獨特嘅孔洞結構,嗦曬酸甜醬汁,食落微微Q彈又好惹味。油炆小竹筍,春天食筍正當季,脆口得來又好清甜。鎮江小排骨,排骨微微油炸再落醬汁勾芡,火候掌握得啱啱好。排骨肉嫩唔會覺得柴,同酸甜醬汁好夾。鎮江肴肉,肴肉晶瑩透亮。鎮江香醋增添咗香味,食落彈牙爽口。砂鍋雲吞雞(1位),落足料黎煲制湯底。飲落雞味濃好鮮甜,又唔覺得油。大大粒嘅雲吞有2粒,雲吞係上海做法,用咗豬肉韭菜做餡料,皮薄肉鮮。韭黃炒鱔糊,哩碟餸炒得好有鑊氣。鱔糊脆彈醬香味十足,同埋處理得好乾淨,冇骨。韭黃炒到啱啱斷生,食落好鮮甜。京蔥手切牛肉包(3只),牛肉包做法同生煎包好似。皮煎出焦層,好脆口。肉餡仲暴曬汁水,牛肉醃制過,落咗少少大蔥調味,餡料食落更加鮮甜。
