To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前食過一次,呢間餐廳通常要等成個鐘先有位,所以永遠想食個刻都等唔到。今次睇完戲去睇下,竟然只要等幾個號碼。一入到去,就好似去左日本嘅居酒屋咁,連個MENU嘅設計都好似睇緊日文翻譯咁,非常有FEEL。今次試左唔同類型嘅野食,叫左三文魚同帶子魚生,好新鮮,三文魚有少少脂肪食落好香,帶子嘅肉質亦都幾結實,中上水準呀!而佢嘅串燒都十分惹味,最中意係個明太子雞肉串燒,兩隻味好夾,又帶出雞肉嘅香味。下次經過一定會再試呀!值得一去再去嘅餐廳
