To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日,由於我從歐洲回來,不想吃西餐,朋友則剛從日本回來,又不想吃日本菜,所以我們選了中菜,於是就來到我最喜愛的南海一號啦!一坐下就有前菜,前菜是蝦片,很喜歡吃這個蝦片,十分惹味。椒鹽豆腐:吃中餐都一定會點,外脆內滑,超讚 心花怒放 (百合、銀杏、雲耳炒鮮白菌):這個菜十分健康,有我最喜歡吃的雲耳,百合翠玉瓜則十分爽口香煎冰梅骨:這個煎至金黃食,味道酸酸甜甜,很開胃芝士蝦球煎飯:超多大蝦,大蝦彈牙,煎飯黏韌餐廳燈光雖然比較昏暗,但是感覺舒服,我們邊吃邊聊天,坐了兩個多小時才離開。食物一如以往好吃!店員服務又周到,常常過來幫我們沖茶,是值得一去再去的餐廳!
