To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豚王好耐無食過lu，上次體驗都唔錯，今日再試試佢！ 今次叫咗 豚王 同 赤王 ，一粒溏心日本蛋，一份餃子同 富士山柚子汽水🤩😍😋🤪豚王，名副其實嘅豬骨湯底，鮮甜濃郁，咁多年都冇變，讚👍🏻赤王， 辛辣之餘亦遮唔到佢嘅鮮甜湯底，恰到好處😋😋😋溏心日本蛋，經過醬汁浸泡，蛋白甜中帶咸，蛋黃溏化之餘亦帶有比蛋白更有層次既味道👏🏻👍😋餃子，皮薄肉厚，底部煎得香脆，不似一些坊間舖頭，肉餡不足影響感👍😋😋😋富士山柚子汽水，好好飲🤤攪到我都要睇一睇背面資料，原來水係富士山天然水源，柚子係富士川山町出產既柚子👏🏻👍
