呢一晚同舊同事聚舊, 加上係Happy Friday, 自不免要搵個有好野食又啱傾計嘅地方呢度嘅主打係Hand-made Pasta, Menu基本上一眼睇晒, 如果幾個人嚟建議叫佢嘅"Tasting Menu", 可以一次過試多幾款Pasta~~ 無記錯可以按人頭叫Starter同Dessert, Pasta就可以揀唔記得係咪人頭+1嘅款數, 詳情最好問返Waiter啦Starter - Parma Ham:正常, 不過不失, 唔算好鹹加上少少微凍, 都算開胃嘅~~ 就咁食有啲齋, 如果可以配埋蜜瓜就好喇Pasta - Tagliolini (黑松露意粉):平時食黑松露嘅Dishes, 最常見都係見到一粒粒黑松露, 但呢個係有埋新鮮切片, 啱晒黑松露愛好者手工意粉咬落嘅質感亦都唔同啲, 煙韌口感加上creamy sauce, 真係好快幾啖食晒Pasta - Pappardelle (慢煮牛面頰肉闊條麵):配菜仲有洋蔥同紅蘿蔔, 個味有啲似燉牛肉撈闊條麵咁 麵底嚟講最鍾意呢個, 闊條麵更加突出手工意粉嘅彈牙~~Pasta - Classic Lasagna (千層麵):相對上面兩個Pa

Pasta - Pappardelle (慢煮牛面頰肉闊條麵):配菜仲有洋蔥同紅蘿蔔, 個味有啲似燉牛肉撈闊條麵咁 麵底嚟講最鍾意呢個, 闊條麵更加突出手工意粉嘅彈牙~~

Remarks:
- 呢度係需要人齊先"開始"安排入座, 意思係你一日未人齊報到, 餐廳都唔會當你等緊位, 人齊報到後先會加你入個list度等位 加上呢晚人多, 就算人齊咗都要等多45分鐘, 所以最後差唔多等咗成個鐘先有位
- 唔知lunch同平日夜晚係咪都係咁, 但呢晚我哋食嘅時候非常趕, 好幾次啲Dishes食到最尾淨一兩啖時Waiter就即刻伸手問收得尾未 Pasta未食完又問叫得甜品未, 食緊甜品時已自動俾張單嚟, 開到聲話出面仲有好多人等緊所以請我哋快啲埋單 連續幾次係咁真係好影響心情, 對間餐廳嘅觀感馬上大打折扣....不過佢嘅Pasta的確係出色嘅, 下次想食唯有趁少人時去食啦
