Restaurant: 源成興大排檔美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日原本要去寶翠園做嘢，但老公話好掛住個大排檔，特登搭多一個站入嚟食食物一入到去老公就叫干炒牛河，佢話最緊要食呢個醬老闆話係自家炒醬！不過炒河用粗河炒咩？都炒得干身，不過都係一般般咖哩雞飯一坐低我乜都未睇我老公已經落咗單咁我就求其叫一個。不過個雞有驚喜炸子雞咁，好脆！啲雞肉好嫩好滑唔係雪藏個啲咁！不過啲咖哩我覺得麻麻但我老公加左少少🤏🏻XO醬，個味即刻唔同晒，我唔係好食辣，所以我覺得個醬係咸辣味，so far我老公食都冇岀汗🤣🤣例湯我見有豬嘅骨、花生、黃瓜、雪耳咁，個湯都好甜。環境其實比其他熟食街市乾淨好多，地下係乾爽冇污水。不過今日紅日呢到都冇乜人，其實都坐得舒服。
