To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間小店已經開咗好多年啦，雖然佔地不大，但有唔同款式既傳統糖水及小食比你揀，而且性價比高，贏盡街坊口碑👏🏼👏🏼雖然同一條街有唔少新派糖水舖，但呢間小店依然無有怕，憑傳統糖水同人情味取勝！特別一提老闆娘超級有禮貌，招呼周到-👆🏽麥米粥十分足料，煮得又腍又香，幾中意麥米既口感，煙煙韌韌。。👆🏽陳皮紅豆沙、芝麻糊紅豆煲到軟腍以及起沙，亦散發住清香陳皮味黑芝麻味濃郁，口感黏稠順滑，甜度適中。👆🏽豬紅+豬皮+蘿蔔豬紅粒粒都漲卜卜，厚實入口唔易散開豬皮口感脆爽，蘿蔔鮮嫩多汁
