如果要問我上水街市邊一檔牛腩粉麵最好,我唔知,不過我會選林德記.不如大埔群記,中環九記等清湯腩,此號出品是一般大牌檔所講柱侯牛腩.今日午餐竟然唔想食飯,雖然已經是下午兩點,但依然有幾檯客,出左名果然唔憂做.一場來到,牛腩米少不了,仲要指明多汁.果然一上檯,腩汁竟然令到湯都變成深啡色,呻一口湯,味道濃郁鮮甜,雖然有師傅,但唔多,米粉一如好多大牌檔,比較粗糙,鞋口,不過吸收湯汁之後,即時變得好味得多.再灑點自家製辣油,更加'冶'味.牛腩當然是碎腩,當中亦少許牛筋,炆得夠淋,整體而言,除了賣相之外,是值得一試的牛腩.
