To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得一試既肉骨茶

老公話星期五想食好d又想試下新野, 於是去左黃金海岸酒店既"沙嗲軒"食馬拉野。好耐都無去過黃金喇，間餐廳比想像中熱鬧，應該係因為有暑假住宿package 同飲食優惠，所以餐廳內好多一家大細。我地叫左三樣野**加多加多沙律（$85)第一次食呢種沙律，覺得幾得意。個沙嗲醬幾好食，菜幾爽脆，係一個good starter**巴東牛肉（$115)D 汁同我以前食開既小店賣既巴東牛肉唔同，牛肉方面有d um, 小失望，但都算幾好送飯**肉骨茶（$88)呢度既肉骨茶好香藥材味，排骨亦都好林好入味，雖然唔算大碗，但中意肉骨茶既朋友絕對值得一試

第一次食呢種沙律，覺得幾得意。個沙嗲醬幾好食，菜幾爽脆，係一個good starter

**巴東牛肉（$115)
D 汁同我以前食開既小店賣既巴東牛肉唔同，牛肉方面有d um, 小失望，但都算幾好送飯

**肉骨茶（$88)
呢度既肉骨茶好香藥材味，排骨亦都好林好入味，雖然唔算大碗，但中意肉骨茶既朋友絕對值得一試
