To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食完飯都仲想食啲野，就去搵下周圍有咩甜品食，咁啱下午茶時間，見倒之前有人食評爆醬西多士，就過黎試下。平日下午茶3點幾冇乜人，入黎大把位任坐，冇諗過鋪頭細細，啲位又唔會太窄喎，坐得都好舒服。叫左個爆醬阿華田西多士，上枱時feel倒熱，即整真係特別好食，西多上面有啲華田醬水，仲有啲華田粉響周圍，賣相都幾好。一切開就流落個西多裡面，都幾好食，華田又唔會太甜，口感唔漏。佢包一杯熱飲，飲埋杯野，超級大滿足！
