To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果你喜歡食番薯,一定不要錯過這間名不見經傳的小店番薯糖漿西多士我最喜歡是裡面金黃色的餡,鬆軟綿綿。炸得裡面不算太乾,我覺得如果外皮更加鬆脆就更好了。姜汁甘薯批我一看這個名字,我就想嘗試了。最後我還蠻欣賞用甘薯來做批大膽創意。開始我以為批一定是熱的。誰知到來的時候是凍的。說不上入口即化,用綿綿軟軟來形容再好不過。質地不像蛋糕也不像雪糕,只能說是土豆蓉質地。味道是姜汁撞奶混和濃郁甜薯的味道,美中不足的是底批是軟的並不脆,不知道是冰得太久還是怎麼的又所欠缺。

我一看這個名字,我就想嘗試了。最後我還蠻欣賞用甘薯來做批大膽創意。
開始我以為批一定是熱的。誰知到來的時候是凍的。說不上入口即化,用綿綿軟軟來形容再好不過。
質地不像蛋糕也不像雪糕,只能說是土豆蓉質地。味道是姜汁撞奶混和濃郁甜薯的味道,美中不足的是底批是軟的並不脆,不知道是冰得太久還是怎麼的又所欠缺。
