每年做冬,冬至大過年,過咗冬至屋企人食飯,去咗南華體育會,嘅中菜廳,叫做(南華閣中菜廳),今次食飯,頭盤有個我唔記得咗叫乜嘢名,所以我用花生脆脆菜去形容,因為食落去,有花生粒,個蔬菜都係最脆口的,味道唔錯,感覺有燒汁味,都幾特別,跟住呢兩個餸,我每次都會叫的,第一個就係即燒BB豬仔,超好食,皮脆肉嫩,啲皮真係脆波波,提提大家,記得訂位嘅時候,要預早叫定,因為佢真係即刻燒㗎,我第一次嚟嘅時候,由於沒有訂,所以足足等咗45分鐘,但係都值得,因為真係好好食,第二個就係花雕蛋白雞油蒸花甲海蟹,超鮮甜,呢個都係要預早訂定,嗰啲經理講,因為都係每日新鮮入貨,務求個效果整出嚟新鮮,所以又係要訂嘅,叫咗個九肚魚,依個九肚魚嘅做法,實在太好食,外脆內軟,師傅嘅手藝真的不錯,最後個經理介紹咗我哋食生煎韭菜餃,原來係冇得叫㗎,因為有個熟客訂左,師傅整多咗,所以叫我哋試吓,真係好好食,下次試吓我都訂先,呢度泊車都好方便,因為銅鑼灣每次我去食飯,搵車位都好難,這裏每次來即刻有車位,所以值得介紹俾大家,同埋呢間中菜廳,成日都有新菜式,所以我每次定位,幫我問吓有冇啲新嘅介紹俾我,咁有心機嘅中菜廳師傅,所以真的想介紹
