雖然疫情都係反覆唔定,但近排好似好返少少,咁我就約咗朋友去灣仔呢間食地中海嘢食的餐廳到食生日飯, 其實呢間餐廳啲佈置都唔錯,而且都幾幽靜及坐得舒適 。 我自己都幾like 。因為之前佢請過我食飯,所以今日就好少少請返佢食餐好。 咁我哋叫咗個set dinner裏面有8 courses如以下:Crab and Lobster Bisque: 龍蝦湯幾特別 因為佢夾雜住一啲蟹肉碎同龍蝦碎肉, 而且龍蝦湯都算幾有鮮味,再加埋嗰啲cream 我覺得唔錯不過如果再結少少嘅話我覺得更加好。Tuna Steak: 呢一個係餐前嘅小食 ,吞拿魚加咗少少芒果salsa, 酸酸地 ,吞拿魚都有佢嘅鮮味,感覺幾特別。 以上高就有少少清菜,令到成碟都更加唯美。Oysters: 芝士焗蠔入面有啲菠菜 感覺幾得意同埋最後Oysters都幾新鮮,點落啲鹽到鹹鹹哋幾好食。Foie Gras: 鵝肝半身煎咗出嚟,賣相都幾好 ,而且佢用咗個汁去煎封咗個鵝肝,食落去有幾種層次,食完之後你可以點少少個蛋漿,令到鵝肝有唔同嘅食法,不過我幾鍾意點佢個蛋漿 ,因為無咁油膩。 如果可能加少少snack去食個鵝肝可能會更加好。Seas

Seasonal Clams: 有少少檸檬草,再加上蒜蓉 , 蜆肉都幾大隻下 ,另外佢加咗檸檬草所以成個感覺幾泰式吓, 最大特點就係佢個汁都幾creamy。 我忍唔住都飲咗佢個汁, 因為都幾似湯汁。

Whole Lobster: 呢個龍蝦其實都唔需要點講嘢,因為佢啖啖肉好有龍蝦嘅鮮味, 而且 啲龍蝦膏甜, 所以呢一道菜我覺得呢個龍蝦係我心中實佔一席位,肯定係主角之一,另外下少少沙律菜,令到個龍蝦唔係太油膩, 唔係太滯,所以建議食龍蝦之餘順道食埋啲菜。

45 days Dry Aged Greater Omaha Striploin: 呢個牛扒其實最大特色就係佢風乾咗,好似你食西班牙火腿咁樣,不過佢風乾得嚟肉仲保持彈性,而且亦都可以鎖到佢個肉汁,再加埋佢個cream source,食落去更加有層次,另外不得不提就係佢旁邊有小小炒雜菜同一啲菇,係用四川炒法去炒 。 煮法新穎,本人見識了。

最後我同我朋友食埋個甜品就閃人,至於今日個甜品就係心太軟同檸檬撻, 其實個心太軟都唔錯因為我比較鍾意食朱古力 ,呢一間餐廳畀我印像都幾positive , 同埋個環境都唔錯,可以帶朋友嚟食生日飯或者係一啲喜慶節日嚟慶祝因為環境唔錯。 如果未食過地中海菜嘅朋友可以嚟試下。
