To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年期間與舊同事吃了一頓飯期間她不斷推介我吃章魚八爪魚🐙石鍋飯,於是我們便挑了這章魚八爪魚🐙石鍋飯來吃,當然也有叫其他菜式來吃,比如甜酸醬炸雞與辣炒年糕,還有叫了兩杯特飲也算便宜,另外加$8一杯而已最為令我印象深刻的是章魚石鍋飯有兩個醬汁,一個是燒汁醬,另一個是辣醬。本身以為兩個醬汁是夾不來的,怎料到原來也不錯吃。當然石鍋飯的飯焦也是亮點之一。而甜酸醬炸雞第一口認為也不錯吃,但之後認為它的炸雞可以炸得更鬆脆一些,但它的醬也是不錯,為炸雞添分可惜的是辣炒年糕,不是圓柱體的年糕,口感有些欠奉,以及辣炒年糕的辣醬不夠正宗。總的來說,石鍋飯是值得一吃
