我同老公放假專誠黎K11MUSEA試下呢間米芝蓮推介的拉麵專門店，而且又唔使等位我地叫左一個栗國塩味拉麵，配有豚肉、蔥花及溏心蛋，賣相吸引。湯底帶有少少塩味，但又不會感覺很鹹，不會越吃越口渴, 連同豚肉一起整碗吃完亦不覺油膩，而且拉麵的分量恰到好處另外一個就試左豚鴨沾麵, 沾麵的湯底有鴨油的香味，味道濃郁小食方面，我地叫左一份黑胡椒炸雞，雞肉肉質鮮多汁，炸粉不會太厚, 同屬驚喜, 可惜炸雞只有3件, 如果能加多1-2件會較為理想
