To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入住呢間酒店，方圓百里都冇野食(後來餐廳職員教，原來10分鐘路程可去到領匯商場)，又見住客有8折就試下。呢個係semi buffet,即係沙律，湯，飲品甜品任食加1個主菜。沙律:4個選擇，味道亦不太吸引湯:中西各一，飲左個中湯，幾好味甜品:冇乜興趣，好似得1款蛋糕飲品:果汁，熱coffee & tea,飲左2杯coffee,不錯主菜:叫左個三文魚意大利飯，有水準，魚係5,6成熟，好味道;飯亦做到煙煙un un。8折後，100蚊唔駛，以呢個價錢喺酒店食個set lunch,覺得非常合理。
