To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很想去國金軒一段日子, 但朋友在IFC工作都說它不比利苑出色。星期日的午市不算難訂,早幾天打去都有枱。裡面的枱并不算多,環境落地玻璃面對會議展覽中心,陽光很好的一天,十分舒服。點心種類不算多,金牌國金軒拼盤,是三粒炸物(鵝肝,菌和菜)再加蝦餃一粒,需然顏色很吸引,但味道不突出。豆苗餃很香,菜爽口。鮑汁鳳爪,賣相不合格,味道太淡。和牛餅,很有和牛味,不錯。义燒夠軟和熱。主食點了牛肉炒飯,夠乾不油。雪菜肉絲炆米,可以。服務需然不是很周到,但仍可接受。
