To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日突然想吃海鮮，又想食粥，所以就上開飯找找。可能這裡不近地鐵，所以也可即日訂到位。我們8點多到，他們很快奉上美食，又好細心講解如何烹調！也會幫你將啲材料放落粥內。海鮮塔送來時感覺好像不太多，但係食落就剛剛好，最後連啲粥都食唔晒，因為太飽了！他們限時2小時，但已經非常充足，不會太趕。海鮮都好新鮮，好鮮甜！蜆貝類都沒有沙！蟹比較多肉，蟹膏就一般多。值得一試和再光顧題外話，佢用玫瑰煲，不容易煲燶粥，真的好適合做粥火鍋。
