To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

粥底海鮮火鍋係香港真係唔多，$198呢個價錢唔算貴，值得一試。未食之前睇左d食評話食唔飽又盛，都有d 驚。但食左之後，真心唔伏👍🏻好飽佢有職員會幫你煮埋，而且會計時，唔怕會搞到d海鮮太熟而好‘鞋’或者唔熟。第一樣係食貴妃蚌，一啖放曬落口，印象難忘。因為海鮮有職員幫你計時煮，熟度岩岩好，好滑，同埋好新鮮，唔會腥！淨係食完海鮮已經好驚喜😃佢仲可以揀6個自選配料，火鍋更係要有肥牛，佢個肥牛都比想像中出色，唔太喜食牛既我都不停食。食完所有野，職員就會黎煮粥，好快就會煮好，個粥吸收曬d海鮮精華，無得輸。其實就算我咁大食，都真係夠飽👍🏻因為佢個粥都好多總結係，真係好食，值得一試👍🏻PS: 如果大家想個粥甜d，自選配料可以揀雞🐔
