朋友請吃晚飯,帶我來到大角咀,這個地區除了奧海城外還是第一次來,幸好有朋友帶路。這晚我們的主角是生蠔,我們先點了十隻,分別是Pacific Rock (USA) 半打、Four Season (France) & St Vaash (France),職員也有細心介紹蠔的味道,由淡至濃,應由Pacific Rock開始吃,然後是St Vaash,最後是Four Season。餐湯是牛肝菌忌廉湯,牛肝菌味道很香,很想再來多一個湯😋傳統卡邦尼意粉,職員介紹是選用了24個月的芝士,味道會比一般的芝士香濃。芝士火鍋內的芝士感覺比較重味,配上車厘茄後可以中和,味道很特別。最後吃了一個久違的Tiramisu,咖啡味香濃又不會太甜,好吃。
