To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

先奉上每人一杯烏龍茶，絕非一般茶餐廳水準，而是非常有茶味，濃而不苦。再送上每人一碗霸王花豬骨湯，不是平時茶記免費送的品晶湯，碗中有很多湯料，入口既有霸王花的獨特清香，又有豬骨的鮮甜，喊到適中。鹵水鵝肉加大墨魚片飯，先吃飯中的甜酸菜，不像街外買到的那些，這次味道較淡，適合講究健康的人，鵝肉是去骨的，也是味道剛好，不會太喊，也不多肥肉，感覺新鮮嫩口，墨魚片很爽口彈牙。整體我很滿意，尤其是喜歡健康不太濃味的人。
