酒店餐廳不外乎西餐就是日本料理~不過發現帝苑裡頭卻藏着一間越南餐廳🇻🇳看來有點新意令人非常好奇!✨軟殼蟹鴛鴦芒果紅菜頭米紙卷✨越式手拆蟹肉咖喱配蒜蓉包兩款春季主廚推介都很不錯😋米紙卷加入芒果和紅菜頭好清新,軟殼蟹大大隻又啖啖肉,一口滿足!而蟹肉咖喱也相當惹味🦀蟹肉份量多,跟香脆的蒜蓉包是絕配呢🧡✨安南濱海配烤牛肉第一次吃安南濱海,原來有點像檬粉?壓成一餅餅的麵條再夾上烤牛肉一起吃,比想像中滋味😲✨香脆西貢春卷招牌小食,外皮炸得幾香脆,帶輕微油膩感~包住滿滿的蔬菜和肉碎餡料,可以單吃或以生菜包在一起,減低油膩感🫡✨蝦球炒金邊粉以熱鍋送上金邊粉,酸甜味適中,很對胃口😌 蝦球新鮮彈牙,不過吃到最底的麵條頗油膩呢~✨椰青牛油果沙冰超大椰青!🧉可惜牛油果味很弱,椰青味較突出,有點失望🙈

兩款春季主廚推介都很不錯😋米紙卷加入芒果和紅菜頭好清新,軟殼蟹大大隻又啖啖肉,一口滿足!而蟹肉咖喱也相當惹味🦀蟹肉份量多,跟香脆的蒜蓉包是絕配呢🧡


✨安南濱海配烤牛肉
第一次吃安南濱海,原來有點像檬粉?壓成一餅餅的麵條再夾上烤牛肉一起吃,比想像中滋味😲


✨香脆西貢春卷
招牌小食,外皮炸得幾香脆,帶輕微油膩感~包住滿滿的蔬菜和肉碎餡料,可以單吃或以生菜包在一起,減低油膩感🫡


✨蝦球炒金邊粉
以熱鍋送上金邊粉,酸甜味適中,很對胃口😌 蝦球新鮮彈牙,不過吃到最底的麵條頗油膩呢~


✨椰青牛油果沙冰
超大椰青!🧉可惜牛油果味很弱,椰青味較突出,有點失望🙈
