男友突然興起想吃日本菜,就挑了附近一家看來頗道地的居酒屋。拿起餐牌,有點意外除了基本的刺身、壽司和炸物,還有“和風煎鵝肝”。提及鵝肝,一般最先聯想到法國菜,不過近年多了日本菜以鵝肝入饌,之前就曾在灣仔一家餐廳嚐到美味的鵝肝鍋飯,印象深刻,於是二話不說點了這道“和風煎鵝肝”($98)來嚐嚐。幸而這次也沒教我倆失望,鵝肝外層煎得恰到好處,內裡香濃軟腴、口感細緻,男友連吸油的吐司也不放過呢!
