To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天跟老公經過西灣河見到有間叫"意蠔屋"的餐廳,因平時好小過香港島便入去試試.顧名思義餐廳主打意粉及生蠔.一坐低靚仔待應便上前招呼我們,當然係問問佢有咩好介紹啦.傾左一陣就決定點蜆肉意大利飯比自己同埋XX墨汁大蝦意粉比老公(個名唔係太記得囉),當然仲要試下焗蠔,諗住點菠菜焗但一早賣晒.最後柯打了芝士焗跟煙肉焗.等左大約1X分鐘我的意大利飯先上,蜆肉夠多夠彈牙,飯粒淋淋地唔太硬(因為正宗的意大利飯較硬身,柯打時跟靚仔待應講過,大廚做得岩岩好低讚),老公的意粉跟住都好快到,意粉加了不少蒜片做得幾香口,大蝦夠大隻,味道都唔錯.食到咁上下另一主角焗蠔都上枱啦,芝士焗的夠CREAMY,煙肉焗的灑滿成隻蠔上邊,仲要2隻焗蠔都大大隻落足料,認真低食.飽食一頓埋單走人,睇睇帳單百幾二百蚊有咁好水準一D都唔貴,仲唔收加一,下次會再同老公來再食.
