To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳環境十分好,望出窗外可以看到整個維港景色,是加分位。當天是週末,價錢會比平日貴多小小,我用餐時間是第一輪,四位用,早上十一點半左右,人都不算太多,上菜的時間都好快。食物方面選舉不算多,但都有點心小食及飯粉麵可以order,這種的任食任叫都 很不錯。點食物是用紙自己填紙的,要幾多叫幾多,但是要留意的是 小食菜式是一客(一份)計算,點心就是一舊舊計,是有點不同。每碗食物都很精美,味道都好好,雖然是任食但水準都十分好唔會好鹹。另外值得一提是,每張枱都會有一個鐵茶壺,那就可以保溫飲到熱茶👍🏻
