值得一食的湯底

第一次食蝦湯底拉麵,  有預期, 無失望, 價錢合理。湯底: 先是蕃茄蝦湯, 2者均相當平衡, 沒有任何一邊被蓋過而食不到. 原味蝦湯色水較沉, 但蝦味更重,  無食過一定要試一次, 蕃茄則比是我喜愛, 比較有趣, 有少許甜酸味.拉面: 有得選要求硬度, 和粗幼, 個人較喜歡全熟, 今次2碗麵, 一全熟, 一選較有嚼口, 2者皆做到, 完全達標, 好滿意, 唔係寫完做唔到。服務方面也很滿意,  待應很有禮, 問野也講解清楚, 值得讚, 希望保持。呢個價亦唔貴, 值得推介。不過拉麵類始終是好少餸的食物, 只有半隻蛋和 2片叉燒, 想要多餸只能叫小食.
