之前喺網上購物平台買咗一幻拉麵嘅優惠，原味鹽味蝦湯拉麵幼麵買一送一！所以今日就去食拉麵！平日嘅夜晚六點幾唔使排隊可以直接入去，落咗單之後，唔使10分鐘就送到嚟！叉燒有兩塊，唔太肥，冇乜脂肪，都好入味幾好食！拉麵配料仲有半隻溏心蛋同蝦籽，同拉麵夾埋一齊食，令蝦味更突出！蝦子慢慢因為湯嘅熱力會慢慢變熟，所以要快啲食。溏心蛋十分之好食，流心程度啱啱好！湯底又有非常濃郁嘅蝦味，令到拉麵都吸晒蝦味，好好食！ continue reading

今日帶朋友來慶生，朋友選擇食得簡單就可以，想着食拉麵喻意食長壽麵，我們又是第一次來用餐，很有新鮮感!店內簡潔，座位空間不錯，空調足夠。二人拉麵餐豐富，包括兩碗拉麵、南瓜沙律、餃子、糖心蛋、叉燒及兩款飲品; 然後再多點些小食應該夠吧!二人拉麵餐南瓜沙律(左) 沙律溫度偏冷，有南瓜蓉及南瓜粒混合，好味!糖心蛋  糖心蛋一開二， 正常味道。叉燒兩片(右) 叉燒溫度偏冷，直接入口會爽，若放入湯內讓叉燒的脂肪暖一暖又會有不同的口感。飲品 - 揀兩款罐裝緑茶味道不錯，尤其是因為湯味偏鹹，喝後感覺很舒服。北海道限定梳打- 橙味，橙味好味，又可以邊飲邊食拉麵來中和鹹味，一定要飲!全蝦湯醬油味配粗麵 雖然湯味偏鹹 ，但喜歡鹹味配粗麵，要注意不是每個人都能接受的鹹。蕃茄蝦湯配幼麵湯的味道也是偏鹹，鹹味蓋過蕃茄味，但有蕃茄會較豐富。餃子餃子五隻餡料滿滿，煎得很好，味道也不錯。海苔櫻花蝦豆腐這份豆腐是熱食的，賣相美麗，口感嫩滑清淡。龍蝦沙律小球沙律可愛，一小球沙律與紫菜一起食味道很好!整體服務不錯，出菜快，空調足夠，所以食拉麵時不覺得熱! continue reading
