想試這間拉麵好耐，但係睇到有些人話湯底唔得，一直都未試，昨晚心血來潮，用優惠網站去訂位，竟然有半價，於是決定一試。兩人去食，一碗係龍蝦湯海老拉麵，另一碗係辛辣蝦湯拉麵，再加餃子一客。龍蝦湯有濃郁嘅龍蝦湯味道，附有兩隻大蝦，而辛辣蝦湯拉麵嘅湯有蝦湯味，喜歡小辣嘅更覺得唔錯，但叉燒無咩特別，若果配海鮮例如帶子，相信同個湯更加夾。兩碗都選了幼麵，個人覺得軟硬適中，好爽口。至於餃子，味道沒有什麼特別，可以不試。 continue reading

之前喺網上購物平台買咗一幻拉麵嘅優惠，原味鹽味蝦湯拉麵幼麵買一送一！所以今日就去食拉麵！平日嘅夜晚六點幾唔使排隊可以直接入去，落咗單之後，唔使10分鐘就送到嚟！叉燒有兩塊，唔太肥，冇乜脂肪，都好入味幾好食！拉麵配料仲有半隻溏心蛋同蝦籽，同拉麵夾埋一齊食，令蝦味更突出！蝦子慢慢因為湯嘅熱力會慢慢變熟，所以要快啲食。溏心蛋十分之好食，流心程度啱啱好！湯底又有非常濃郁嘅蝦味，令到拉麵都吸晒蝦味，好好食！ continue reading
