放工後去北角匯食晚飯,看到紅色搶眼的”GP”的符號,又被餐廳內的佈置吸引,遂進去吃晚餐。坐下後已經不停的拍照,都未有時間看餐牌,看見晚餐有湯、主菜、精選蛋糕和飲品,便選擇了兩個晚餐。南瓜忌廉湯配香草麵包條南瓜湯很錦滑甜美,啖啖也有南瓜味,麵包條香草味都幾濃,而且香脆可口。烤焗法國春雞配意大利紅酒汁春雞肉質嫩滑,皮呈金黃色,頗香脆又唔會多油,紅酒汁味道濃郁,跟雞肉配合。黑松露野菌忌廉汁意大利粉意粉是硬意粉,難得的是有一片片黑松露,忌廉汁不太潔身,適合我的口味。開心果櫻桃慕絲蛋糕裏面的櫻桃都幾多,酸酸甜甜使人開胃,另外開心果味道也非常突出。聖安娜蛋糕口感唔會乾,仍保持到微濕,中間的忌廉有少許甜。食了兩件蛋糕仍耳猶未盡,本來想外賣一件蛋糕回家食,但最後都係叫多一件堂食。栗子薑朱古力慕絲原以為薑會似薑糖有辣味,但這個只保留甜味,朱古力的味道也很濃烈。有靚靚花海打卡,又有靚靚蛋糕,值得來打卡朝聖。
