如何回味土耳其美食?由其係Baklava喺香港唔係主流食物,就算有都係過分土耳其風味(即甜到甩牙🤣)放工秒衝去剪頭髮,搞掂都有少少夜啦。經過灣仔道見Istanbul即刻令我回憶起年頭嘅土耳其之旅。雖然我成日都講啲甜品係甜到甩牙,但配杯濃濃嘅紅茶,完美!店舖裝修樸實,老闆好用心招呼會問下我哋岩唔岩食。要讚係好乾淨!!枱面嘅三支特式醬汁每枱客人用完會收返,再係雪櫃拎過新嘅比下位客人👍🥧Baklava,明知食唔曬要帶走都點咗。應該配合香港人口味改良咗,甜度剛好!表面嘅千層酥仲鬆脆🫘土耳其紅扁豆湯,我好想念嘅風味,比起係土耳其飲到嘅更正,有少少香草帶起咗層次🫢🌯轉燒雞肉卡巴卷,雞肉燒得好香唔乾,配埋蔬菜醬汁食好清新🍮土耳其米布甸,旅行時我好怕食呢味甜品,勁甜加熱/室溫上枱,但呢度做得好岩我口味,係凍冰冰好滑嘅布甸❤️注意呢度有清真食品認證,適合要遵守宗教飲食嘅朋友。
