To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋友介紹我去試香港老飯店話係幾正宗的上海菜今趟我們一行四人,就體驗了一次不錯上海菜一入到去就受到熱情招待,非常漂亮的裝修.感受到老上海味道點菜方面:一早朋友介紹咗大概食乜比較出名菜首先頭盤是連拷雙方相當有趣的吃金華火腿方法,還是頭一趟見到!巧妙之處是師傅用了最薄的金華火腿吃的時候就將嚮玲及金華火腿放下在薄餅上要一口氣咬掉三層來吃千萬不要點醬汁,否則就蓋過了金華火腿香是一個蠻新的組合是個不錯的開始,嘗試吓都無防紅燒元蹄望落好肥膩呀.但食落就有燒肉嘅綿香,不會覺得油膩因為它用紅燒的煮法,濃油赤醬炆了8.9個鐘肥油迫晒出嚟,豬皮鬆化一點也不韌,滿有膠質蟹粉小籠包一籠有四隻,夠四個人分湯汁是貫徹地多咬入口熱騰騰的好JUICY!宮保雞丁,不敗的的選擇,雞肉很嫩而且味道甚醒胃辣,鹹,甜.香.飯也可以多吃一碗哦,不錯蔥油大餅, 香脆亦唔肥, 餡料都是蔥煎得很香超級多芝麻,大家都吃得很滋味甜品高力豆沙熱辣辣,略嫌豆沙過甜,都好味整體實屬水準之作, 和賣相都不錯坐得舒服,服務算好而且有禮貌!每人兩佰多元, 都不算太貴, 值得再試 !
