To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺地鐵站附近一出就到，小店嘅位置偏細，大概得四個位左右，要堂食嘅話太多人就未必可以。爆汁薯仔香脆波波，$40，8舊，入面有擺薯蓉，食嘅時候可以唧啲凍嘅汁落去，個汁個味係香料再加薄荷，感覺好清新。而且可以整好多汁入去，個口感好特別。黃金牛奶，$30，好重薑黃同埋香料味，的確足料。招牌爆汁蒸饃饃餃子，$70（10隻），的確有做到爆汁嘅效果，味道主要靠額外點嘅兩隻汁來帶出。香煎饃饃餃子（薯仔素菜），$35（5隻），口感香脆，薯仔同餃子融為一體，配埋兩隻汁有錦上添花嘅感覺。兩隻就分別係蕃茄香辣汁同芝麻花生汁。個人認為芝麻花生汁個味特別啲。
