To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到上環常常有一種熟悉感覺，好似老街坊，本身這裡就有好多富人情味的小店，行上山方向，來到這間朋友介紹主打東南亞菜的冰室。泰式酸辣蝦沙律炎炎夏日食呢個簡直一流，好清新呀個沙律汁好開胃，辣味一啲都唔重，只是輕輕地有辣的味道串燒飯包捨牛、雞和豬 共五串，串燒烤得好香 加上沙嗲汁 配飯一流，伴碟仲有醃青瓜 酸酸地 好開胃冬蔭功酸味夠，略嫌唔夠濃同辣，唔過癮。不過以呢個價格泥講，料足，青口最鮮味。湯底方面再改良一下會更吸引。这里的菜式多样款式多，口感纯正喇。服務：服務態度好，店員臉上常有笑容。 環境ok，消費有比較親民
